CET advised Tractabel Engineering (GDF Suez Group) on the sale of 100% shares in Polish engineering company of the Group. The buyer was Antea Group – a strategic investor from the Netherlands.
CET advised iParts – largest Polish e-commerce player in the segment of B2C automotive distribution on sale of 100% of shares. The buyer was UCANDO Gmbh – e-commerce company belonging to Hella Group – automotive supplier with over EUR 5 billion in sales. Due to proper positioning of the investment offer and competition of strategic investors from Western Europe in the process, CET achieved transaction parameters characteristic of the Western European e-commerce market.

CET advised OPTEAM S.A. on acquisition of 50% stake in Polish E-Payments company (PeP) from Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. CET advised also on fund raising and subsequent sale of 75% stake in PeP to Innova Capital. Total value of the sold shares amounted to PLN 112.5 million.
